TERMS OF RENTAL
DRIVER
The hirer must be between 23 and 65
years of age, poses valid driving licence with 2 years driving
experience. Probational licence holder will not be accepted.
RATES
Rates covering a full 24 hours
unlimited mileage rental. Excess hour is charge at 15% of the daily
rate per hour. Rates are subject to 5% Goverment Service Tax.
LIABILITY REDUCTION OPTION (LRO)
The hirer is responsible for all
damages to the rented verhicle, regardless of fault. However, the
hirer may reduce this liability by purchasing LRO as shown in the
table. The LRO only will be in effect once the hirer makes a police
report within 24 hours.

PARKING FEES AND TRAFFIC FINES
All parking fees and traffic fines will be responsibility of the
hirer during the duration of rental.
EXTENSION OF RENTAL
Should the hirer wish to extend the rental, it is important that the
renting station to be advised and required additional rental deposit
paid. Failure to do so mean unauthorized possession of the vehicle.
DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
Delivery and collection services will be chargeable from RM30.00
upwards depending on the distance and accessibility from rental
location.
SURCHARGE
A sum of RM30.00 will be levied for
check out and collection of vehicle after business hour, inclusive
of Fridays and public holidays for all locations.
RESTRICTED ENTRY
All cars are strictly prohibited from
being driven into Thailand and Singapore.
RENT-IT-HERE, LEAVE-IT-THERE
A minimum two days rental and
repositioning charge will be levied. Details on the charges and
procedures will be made available at time of enquiry
